October 2026
Duration
Two days
Location
To be determined
Attendance
Members only
The Annual Gathering is the Association's primary convening event. Two days of programming including keynote sessions, breakout groups, the facilitated peer exchange, and the annual general meeting of members.
Location is selected annually by the Board with input from the membership. We prioritize locations with significance to the former ghost experience broadly construed. Historically, we have gathered in places where many resolutions have occurred. The specific criteria are not published.
Registration opens to members in August. Non-members may apply for observer status; observer spots are limited and not guaranteed.
Regional Gatherings
Regional chapters convene independently throughout the year. Events range from informal meetups to structured programming. Regional event calendars are available in the member portal. The following regions currently have active chapters:
Additional regions in development. If your region is not listed, contact us about starting a chapter.
Facilitator Training
For members interested in facilitating peer support groups. Offered twice annually. Prerequisites: five years of post-resolution membership, completion of the peer support orientation module, and a brief interview with the program team. Next cohort: Spring 2026.
